What will you be responsible for?

• Conduct technical impact analysis for new features and changes (screens, APIs, database tables, services).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prepare detailed documentation.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams (developers, QA, architects) to ensure the backlog is clear, prioritized, and actionable.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and UML diagrams.
• Analyze data models and system integrations, providing technical improvement suggestions when needed.
• Provide technical clarity and input during sprint planning and refinement sessions.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, Technical PM, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (basic queries, joins, etc.).
• Understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and ability to read Swagger documentation.
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, ERD, and sequence diagram tools.
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence or similar Agile tools.
• Preferably experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or high-transaction systems.
• Good command of English.

Big Plus

• Background in software development or technical education.
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture concepts.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams.
