What will you be responsible for?

  • Contacting new warehouses if needed and registering new warehouses to the system,
  • Maintaining communication by reaching the warehouses within the system via phone calls or visits,
  • Increasing the number of adverts of the warehouses in the system,
  • Organizing product and store campaigns together with the warehouses,
  • Solving technical problems that may occur for the warehouses (invoice, integration, store panel, etc.),
  • Maintaining and improving the current reporting system,
  • Collecting insights by contacting recipient pharmacists (via phone calls and surveys),
  • Developing the system according to all collected comments and commercial calendar,
  • Transporting adverts for warehouses where stock integration cannot be achieved,
  • Checking the shipping status of local pharmaceutical warehouse orders,
  • Reminding sellers via phone for delayed orders in the shipment processes,
  • Making calls to inform buyers to approve orders sent by the sellers.


What do we expect from you?

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  • Preferably with at least 7 years of field experience in the pharmaceutical warehouse industry,
  • Being a master of the pharmacy market dynamics,
  • Having effective communication skills
  • Being able to think analytically, solution oriented, and caring about details, 
  • Proficient in MS Office, data analysis and reporting programs
