What will you be responsible for?

  • Conducting B2B E-Commerce risk and fraud case studies, evaluation, and solution
  • Evaluating and monitoring the risks and frauds from the call center and planning the required risk management actions
  • Evaluating counterfeit products and managing its process
  • Managing e-commerce payment problems and risk processes
  • Evaluating the control environment in order to manage the risks at the desired level
  • Coordinating the management of critical risks, being responsible for combining and reporting risks,
  • Communication with the required people and units as the risk center coordination officer
  • Investigating suspicious and non-contractual transactions, managing relevant monitoring and control screens,
  • Following up the necessary official statements about the case studies and informing the users accordingly
  • Conveying the results of the examinations to the customers in written and/or verbal form
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the crisis management center
  • Creating key risk indicators, regularly monitoring and reporting Farmazon risk profile through the key risk indicators
  • Determining the needs for risk management, coordinating all financial and non-financial risk management functions of the required cases and reports
  • Calculating and reporting the basic amount corresponding to the operational risks
  • Recording, analyzing and reporting operational risk loss cases,
  • Examining, updating and implementing the internal regulations regarding the operational risk management
  • Providing information and documents to the official authorities for their legal requests


What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant departments
  • At least 4 years of experience in risk and fraud management in E-Commerce
  • Able to use the MS Office programs, especially Excel, at a good level
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Successful in written and verbal communication
  • Proactive in business follow-up, process management and reporting
  • Being a team player, having high ability to establish and develop relationships, able to work between different units and groups
  • Strategic point of view, result-oriented, detail-oriented and questioning
  • Having the ability of data analysis, interpretation and reasoning, solution-oriented, strong analytical thinking
  • Having the ability to adapt to the fast-paced work and being good at multitask
  • Being a quick learner and focused on self-development
  • Strong coordination and documentation skills
  • Effective time management, prioritization and planning skills,
  • Excellent communication skills in matters such as questioning, negotiation, etc.
  • A good level of english is nice to have
