Responsibilities

  • Determining and implementing the product strategy of the Farmazon platform.
  • Understanding the needs of the platform users, conducting market research and developing new features and products in this direction.
  • Managing and monitoring the product development process and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Creating and updating the future roadmap of the Farmazon platform.
  • Optimising Farmazon platform in terms of ease of use, functionality and satisfaction of users.
  • Analysing other e-commerce companies and similar platforms in the market, following competitors' strategies and searching for new opportunities to gain competitive advantage.
  • Managing product targets and projects by cooperating with relevant departments (software, design, marketing, sales, etc.).
  • Monitoring product performance and success criteria, reporting and making necessary improvements.
  • Keeping in touch with users, collecting feedback and offering products that meet the customer needs.
  • Participating in UX/UI design and review processes.
  • Managing and prioritising multiple projects by working with cross-functional departments simultaneously.
  • Having a data-driven approach, utilising quantitative and qualitative analysis to shape innovative product strategies, enhance user experiences, and achieve business success.
  • Testing the effectiveness of the new product releases and features.
  • Deeply understanding customer needs by utilising not only quantitative and qualitative research but also spending time with them and learning from them directly.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities via quantitative research, UX studies, and reviews of the industry standard methodologies.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements.
  • Building product(s) with world class customer experiences and understanding the full lifecycle of a customer.
  • Creating and communicating product roadmaps, aligning them with the company goals and resources.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.


Qualifications

  • University degree preferably from engineering or other quantitative fields from a reputable university
  • At least 10 years of experience in product management in the e-commerce industry
  • Having the ability to think strategically and having analytical skills to create a product strategy.
  • Project management and coordination skills between teams.
  • Prioritising the user experience and optimising the product according to the needs of the users.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, wireframing and flowcharts
  • Experience in software development and collaborating with business teams
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Having the ability to think in details with a focused, positive and result-oriented attitude
  • Being able to work in a busy environment
  • Having the ability to analyse data and interpret numerical information
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
