Responsibilities

  • Experience in developing and managing strategic projects with a growth-oriented perspective and product owner mindset.
  • Leading and providing support for company-wide projects that directly impact the customer experience.
  • Bringing new ideas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our growth actions.
  • Having a growth mindset with an understanding of key e-commerce metrics.
  • Managing processes developed in collaboration with a third-party company and overseeing the go-live processes.
  • Taking responsibility for the customer lifecycle process and developing CRM activities such as Onboarding, Churn, and Retention KPIs.
  • Analyzing customer data to derive valuable business insights based on customer behaviors.
  • Sharing the insights generated by the analysis with relevant teams within the company to raise awareness.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and enhancing the areas managed by the third parties on the website.
  • Having experience in digital marketing is an advantage.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Growth, Strategy and Process development.
  • E-commerce experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Tableau (Qlik Sense experience is a plus).
  • Being data driven and able to work cross-functional.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights to support business partners within the company.
  • Experience developing, shaping, and executing end-to-end CRM strategies and customer communications.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience throughout the entire project lifecycle, including analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and reporting skills.
  • A high level of attention to the details.
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
  • Having excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
